We want to get to know you, and understand whether we will be a good fit together
We start by asking you to do three assessments that give us an understanding of you as a person. First and foremost we're looking for people with a great attitude that will add to our amazing culture
Please read all instructions outlined below and on the assessment site to ensure they are completed accurately
Also, please allow adequate time to complete the assessments. Accuracy and honesty are more important than the amount of time taken, and time is factored in to your overall score
If for any reason you lose internet connectivity, or your laptop runs out of battery and you get kicked off the site in the middle of the assessment, simply return to this original email, click the "Take Assessment" button again, re-enter your email address exactly as you did when you first logged in, and you will be redirected to where you left off on the assessment. All of your previous work will be saved
SL Behavioral Aptitude
The assessment will take about an hour and it is best if you can complete this in one sitting. There are no "right" answers... Answering the questions based on how you really feel will give us the best chance of success in our engagement
IC People & Logic Ability
Choose what you consider is the best answer to each of the questions. This is a timed test but your accurate answers are more important than the time you take. The best answers are based on what research has shown to be true, not what an employer may want or think. You can always change your answers before leaving a page. This assessment should take you between 30-45 minutes to complete
Detail Test
This short skill test will measure your aptitude for detail related tasks. You may use a pen and paper if needed. Please follow all of the instructions carefully while completing the test. This test should take you between 15 to 25 minutes to complete
