He gravitates towards the technical side of things. He wants to know the platform, not just use it. Xero, QuickBooks, Dext - he's building towards being the person you go to when the app isn't behaving. At Digit, he keeps client accounts current, handles ATO lodgements on time, and chases clean submissions. He respects people who value time, and he runs his own work the same way

Off the clock, Aaron builds things. Furniture. Scale models. Mechanical keyboards. Custom gaming PCs. If it has parts, he's putting it together. He's a serious gamer with a weakness for RPGs and strategy titles, the kind who adapts to a new game unnervingly fast and plays well from the first session.
