Nobody taught Abi payroll. Her first job was processing pay runs for Singapore-based clients and she figured it out herself - hours of self-study, diving into legislation, pulling apart processes until they made sense. Turns out she loved it. A Bachelor's in Business Administration (majoring in HR Development Management) gave her the foundation, but the real education came from doing the work. At Digit she's the payroll team's safety net - the person who steps in when backup is needed and gets it done without fuss. Accurate pay, on time, every time.
