Monica's mum is an accountant. The profession was never really a choice - it was the furniture in the house she grew up in. CPA in the Philippines, BAS Agent in Australia, Masters in Accountancy, Masters in Business Information Systems. She collects qualifications the way other people collect hobbies. Her instinct is order. Messy data, unclear processes, tangled workflows - she wants to untangle them, clarify them, build something that works. At Digit she manages client portfolios, runs payroll, handles BAS and GST, and holds a standard that doesn't flex. She anticipates what clients need before they ask. If she makes a mistake, she owns it and fixes it. No theatre

Driven. Reflective. Quietly ambitious. Mon doesn't run on motivation - she runs on decisions. If something matters, she does it, tired or not. Free time goes to studying - she genuinely enjoys it - or crime documentaries when she wants to think, K-dramas when she wants depth. She's working towards permanent residency in Australia, chasing the Aurora Australis, and building a career where accounting, technology, and process improvement all meet. Her friends would call her dependable and thoughtful. They'd also say she overthinks. She'd say that's how things get done properly
