Monica's mum is an accountant. The profession was never really a choice - it was the furniture in the house she grew up in. CPA in the Philippines, BAS Agent in Australia, Masters in Accountancy, Masters in Business Information Systems. She collects qualifications the way other people collect hobbies. Her instinct is order. Messy data, unclear processes, tangled workflows - she wants to untangle them, clarify them, build something that works. At Digit she manages client portfolios, runs payroll, handles BAS and GST, and holds a standard that doesn't flex. She anticipates what clients need before they ask.
