Terry has a Bachelor of Business, a CPA, and thirty years of accounting behind him. He's the person you call when the numbers don't behave - Xero conversions, fixed asset registers, budgets that need rebuilding, and the kind of tricky accounting problems that make other people's eyes glaze over. He's an Excel power user who's equally comfortable in Xero and MYOB, and he's worked with everyone from sole traders to large multinationals. His approach is straightforward: do the job right the first time, give the client options to consider, and be responsive. Off the clock, Terry is on the golf course with his mates, in the garden tending natives, or fixing something around the house - the self-described DIY handyman. He's at the stage where retirement and grandkids are on the horizon, but for now he's still solving problems, still learning, and still showing up for his clients like he's part of their team. Because to Terry, that's the whole point
