Jen loved maths, so she became an accountant. Then discovered the real challenge wasn't the numbers - it was the debits and credits in college. Twelve years of Australian bookkeeping later, she's a CPA, a registered BAS Agent, and one of Digit's longest-standing team members. She leads from the front - keeps client books accurate, submits BAS early, delivers management reports that actually make sense, and answers questions before people finish asking them. Her specialty is quality. She's done enough BAS QAs to be the person you go to for variance checks, tax treatment questions, and GST reconciliation

Mum to two kids, Swiftie, and fluent in three Filipino dialects - Ilocano, Bisaya, and Tagalog. Jen is patient, soft-spoken, loyal, and the kind of introvert who listens more than she shares. She recreates dishes from YouTube videos, loves sweets and pasta in equal measure, and dreams of seeing the Aurora Borealis. She used to do calligraphy and hit up concerts. Now it's online shopping and family travel - the hobbies evolved but the energy didn't. She wants to be the person people feel comfortable approaching, and leads by example through kindness, consistency, and doing her best in every task - so others feel safe enough to do the same
